Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply add the products you’d like to your cart and head to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is completed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Visa, and Mastercard, processed securely through Mollie. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re usually able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — once an item has been printed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

I have a discount code — where do I enter it?

You can enter your discount code in the cart or at checkout, just below your order summary. If you’ve signed up for our newsletter, keep an eye on your inbox for a welcome discount.

Do I need an account to order?

No account is required — you’re welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and reorder favorites in the future.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Netherlands only. We’re a small, growing business and hope to expand our shipping area in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

How much does shipping cost?

We use a flat shipping rate for all orders within the Netherlands, shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

How long does delivery take?

Most of our products are 3D-printed to order, so please allow a short production time before shipping. Once shipped, delivery within the Netherlands typically takes a few business days. Exact timelines are listed on our Shipping & Returns page.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it’s been longer than the expected delivery window, reach out to us and we’ll look into it right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

As a consumer in the Netherlands, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with Dutch and EU distance-selling rules. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

How do I start a return?

Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return an item. We’ll confirm the next steps, including the return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility. If something went wrong on our end, we’ll cover it — just let us know.

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method as quickly as possible, in line with the timelines stated in our Shipping & Returns policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

We’re sorry to hear that! Email us a photo of the item and your order number, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

What are Thuisely products made from?

Our home décor pieces, including vine clips and plant risers, are 3D-printed using high-quality filament chosen for durability and a clean, modern finish.

Are your products suitable for outdoor use?

This varies by product — please check the individual product description for care details. If you’re unsure whether a piece is suitable for your space, feel free to ask us before ordering.

How do I clean and care for my Thuisely product?

A soft, slightly damp cloth is usually all you need. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight, as this can affect the finish over time.

Why is 3D printing a sustainable choice?

Because each product is printed to order, we avoid overproduction and excess inventory — we only make what’s actually been ordered.

Can I request a custom color or design?

We’re always happy to hear ideas. Send us a message with what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can make happen.

Newsletter & Discounts

How do I get a discount on my first order?

Sign up for our newsletter and we’ll send a welcome discount code straight to your inbox to use on your first order.

I signed up but haven’t received my discount code yet.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing after a few minutes, reach out to us with the email address you signed up with and we’ll help sort it out.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time?

Yes — every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can opt out whenever you like.
