1. Shipping

1.1 Where we ship

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay.

1.3 Processing time

Each item is 3D printed and packed to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and handed to the carrier. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

1.4 Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on the carrier handling your order. Combined with processing time, you can generally expect your order within 4-8 business days of placing it.

1.5 Carriers

We work with Dutch parcel carriers (such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD) and select the most reliable option for each order based on package size and destination. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships, where available.

1.6 Packaging

Smaller items (such as vine clips) may be shipped in letterbox-sized packaging that fits through your letterbox, so no one needs to be home to receive them. Larger items (such as plant risers) are shipped as a standard parcel.

1.7 Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

1.8 Issues with delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thuisely.com with your order number so we can help.

2. Returns

2.1 Your right to return an order (14-day cooling-off period)

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This applies to our standard catalogue products. To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@thuisely.com within 14 days of receiving your order, letting us know you’d like to return it.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely, ideally in the original packaging, and include your order number.
  3. Send the return to us within 14 days of letting us know.

Please handle items with care and avoid unpacking or using them beyond what’s needed to check they’re as expected — items that show clear signs of use may have their refund reduced to reflect the loss in value.

2.2 Who pays for return shipping

If you’re returning an item simply because you changed your mind (using your 14-day right of withdrawal), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. If we sent you the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost — just let us know and we’ll arrange this with you.

2.3 Refunds

Once we’ve received your return and checked it’s in order, we’ll refund the product price and any standard delivery costs you originally paid, back to your original payment method, within 14 days. We may wait to refund until we’ve received the item back, or until you’ve shown proof that it’s on its way to us, whichever is sooner.

2.4 Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@thuisely.com within a reasonable time of receiving it, ideally with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund — your choice.

2.5 Personalised items

If we offer personalised or made-to-your-specification products (for example, a custom colour or text requested by you), these are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal, unless they arrive damaged or defective. This will always be clearly stated on the product page before you order.
